At Flex Seal, we stand behind the durability of our home repair solutions and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unused product in its original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop your package off at any authorized shipping carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement within 5-7 business days.
